Kraft Heinz Walmart Back-To-School 2026 Canada Promotion

2026 Terms and Conditions

This promotion is sponsored by Kraft Heinz Canada ULC, 207 Queens Quay West, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 1A7 (“Kraft Heinz” or “Sponsor”) and administered by TPG Rewards Inc., 19790 West Dixie Hwy, Suite 808, Aventura, Florida, 33180 (“TPG” or “Administrator”). The Sponsor is responsible for the promotion, its organization and these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Visit KHeasydinners.ca (the “Kraft Heinz Site”) between 2026-08-13 and 2026-10-04 to participate.

AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in the promotion, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Terms and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.

OFFER: Purchase $15 of participating Kraft Heinz products listed under Exhibit A of these Terms and Conditions (“Qualifying Products”) at Walmart Canada, walmart.ca or any Walmart retailer in Canada in a single transaction between 8:00:00am ET on August 13, 2026, and 11:59:59pm ET on September 27, 2026 (the “Offer Period”) and receive a $5 Walmart Digital Gift Card (the “Gift Card”).

To access the Gift Card, participants must submit a valid receipt or eligible digital order confirmation from Walmart Canada, walmart.ca or any Walmart retailer in Canada (“Walmart Receipt”) showing purchase of Qualifying Products on the Kraft Heinz Site between 8:00:00am ET on August 13, 2026, and 11:59:59pm ET on October 4, 2026 (the “Submission Period”) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Participants with eligible submissions will receive a confirmation email containing a unique code and a link to a TPG-provided redemption microsite (the “Microsite”). Participants must visit the Microsite, enter their unique code, and provide their name and email address. Once successfully submitted, the Gift Card will be delivered to the participant by email.

1. Eligibility 

Promotion is open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of participation. Promotion is not valid for employees, representatives, or agents (or their immediate family members) of Kraft Heinz,  Promotion Execution Partners, LLC (“pep”), and Administrator, their parent companies,  subsidiaries, affiliates, and reward suppliers.  

2. Offer Period, Submission Period and Qualifying Products 

To qualify for the Gift Card, Qualifying Products must be purchased during the Offer Period at  Walmart Canada, walmart.ca or any Walmart retailer in Canada. Participants must submit a valid Walmart Receipt showing purchase of Qualifying Products on the Kraft Heinz Site during the Submission Period. 

Qualifying Products must be evidenced by a valid Walmart Receipt showing the purchase of the participating Kraft Heinz products during the Offer Period, under the terms and conditions of Gift Card Access provided in section 3. 

3. Gift Card Access  

To apply for access to the Gift Card, participants must:

a) Purchase $15 of Qualifying Products at Walmart Canada, walmart.ca or any Walmart retailer in Canada in a single transaction during the Offer Period. 

b) Upload a clear image or digital copy of their Walmart Receipt as proof of purchase of the  Qualifying Products, which must include a clear depiction of the date of purchase,  purchase order number or receipt number, receipt total purchase amount, and product names or Universal Product Code (“UPC”), on the Kraft Heinz Site during the Submission  Period. 

c) Provide registration details with a valid Walmart Receipt as prompted by the Kraft Heinz  Site.

Acceptable Walmart Receipts include in-store receipts, e-commerce orders, and pickup orders,  provided the in-store receipt, e-commerce order or pickup order clearly reflects a qualifying  Walmart purchase in Canada. For clarity, retailer fulfilled delivery orders and third-party delivery receipts are not acceptable Walmart Receipts. All submissions are subject to validation and approval by Kraft Heinz and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. 

For clarity, acceptable Walmart Receipt showing purchase of the Qualifying Products must include a clear image of a valid receipt or eligible digital order confirmation of Walmart Canada, walmart.ca or any Walmart retailer in Canada including the Qualifying Products. Participant may take one photograph (jpeg, png file types with a maximum file size of 5MB) of the eligible sales receipt(s) in its entirety. Illegible images submitted will not be accepted. 

Any Walmart Receipt submitted outside of the Submission Period is ineligible to access the Gift  Card. A maximum of 5,000 Gift Cards will be available during the offer period. If a participant submits a Walmart Receipt that Kraft Heinz determines, in its sole discretion, to be invalid, incomplete, altered, unreadable, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions, the participant may not be able to participate.  

If during the Submission Period any technical, programming, or other error is detected,  participants may not be able to participate.

4. Verification: PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT FOR THE  DURATION OF THIS PROMOTION. All entries and receipt images may be subject to verification at any time for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion,  to require proof of identification and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor,  including, but not limited to, government-issued photo identification): (i) to verify an individual’s eligibility to participate in this promotion (ii) to verify the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Receipt Image; and/or (iii) for any other purpose that Sponsor deem necessary, in its absolute discretion, for the administration of this promotion in accordance with Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Terms.

5. Promotion Fulfillment 

Participants who submit a valid Walmart Receipt showing purchase of Qualifying Products that complies with these Terms and Conditions will receive a confirmation email that includes a unique code and a link to the Microsite to claim the Gift Card. Please allow up to four (4) business days from receipt submission for validation and processing by the Administrator before the confirmation email with the unique code and link to the Microsite is issued.  

After entering the code, the participant will be required to provide their contact information,  including name and email. Once the required information is submitted, the participant will receive the Gift Card by email. Upon successful submission, the Gift Card will be delivered electronically to the participant’s provided email address. The Gift Card can be used at any Walmart location in  Canada. Once the Gift Card has been issued, it has no expiration date. 

Delivery timing of the Gift Card may vary and is subject to verification and system processing,  which may take up to four (4) business days. Sponsor, pep, and TPG are not responsible for undeliverable emails due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or insufficient inbox capacity.

6. General Conditions 

There is a limit of one (1) Gift Card per submission. 

Limit of five (5) qualified Promotion submissions per person, household and email address during the Offer Period. Each submission may earn a maximum of one (1) Gift Card, regardless of the number of Qualifying Products purchased in excess of the Gift Card requirements, for a maximum of five (5) Gift Cards per person and email address during the Offer Period. The Gift Card is not exchangeable or refundable for cash and is not valid with any other offer and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. While supplies last. 

Any attempt by any participant to participate by using multiple/different names, identities or any other methods will void that individual’s entries and eligibility to receive a Gift Card and that individual will be disqualified from the Sponsor’s promotion. 

The Gift Card is only valid for purchases at Walmart Canada (excludes licensees), walmart.ca and  Walmart Canada Marketplace and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. With valid receipt,  Walmart Canada will issue a replacement card with any balance remaining on the lost or stolen card at the time of replacement. Card balance cannot be applied towards credit card balances.  Returns of merchandise purchased with a card will be credited to a card only. Walmart Canada reserves the right to cancel cards if obtained illegally (including through fraud). Issued by Walmart  Canada Corp. Balance Inquiries: 1-888-537-5503. If the price of your purchase when using the Gift Card is more than the value of the $5 Walmart Digital Gift Card, you will be responsible for paying any remaining balance. Any attempt to use the Gift Card for a non-permitted purpose, or to redeem more than the maximum number of Gift  Cards permitted per person and email address will result in denial of the Gift Card and is deemed fraud by the Sponsor. 

This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations in  Canada. Promotion is valid in Canada only and void where prohibited by law. The decisions of the  Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this promotion are final and binding on all participants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility or disqualification of participants.  

Sponsor, pep and TPG are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete,  misaddressed, postage due or misdirected submissions, mail or communications, for errors,  omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information,  in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines or data corruption, theft,  destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of promotion materials, loss or otherwise.  Further, Sponsor, pep and TPG are not responsible for communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in a participant’s email, mailbox or phone account to receive messages. Sponsor, pep and TPG reserve the right to restrict registrations from any IP address, telephone number and/or email address if suspicious activity is detected. Sponsor, pep, and TPG disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this promotion, and reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this promotion should any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond their control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness,  integrity or proper conduct of this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant from this promotion or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if Sponsor and/or TPG determine that a participant has used automated software or programs to participate, tampered with the promotion process,  attempted to circumvent the Terms and Conditions or his/her fraud or misconduct has affected the integrity or fair conduct of this promotion. Sponsor, pep and TPG reserve the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. 

By participating in this promotion, you agree to release Sponsor, pep, TPG and their respective directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with your participation in this promotion. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the  Terms and Conditions and disclosures or other statements contained in any promotion--related materials (including, without limitation, the French version of these Terms and Conditions); the  English Terms and Conditions shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law. Digital receipt validation system is operated by and a registered trademark of Administrator.

7. Privacy: The Sponsor respects the participants’ right to privacy. By participating in this promotion, all participants explicitly consent to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives,  recording, sharing and using the personal information provided for the purpose of administering the promotion and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
