Ingredients

    cup

    Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows

  • 1

    tbsp

    brown sugar

  • 1/4

    tsp

    unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1

    cup

    KELLOGG’S® COCOA KRISPIES® cereal

  • 1/2

    cup

    KELLOGG'S® Corn Flakes Cereal

  • 1/4

    cup

    dried cherries

  • 1/4

    cup

    candy-coated chocolate pieces


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. Step 2

    Cover baking sheet with parchment; set aside.

  3. Step 3

    Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add marshmallows; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until completely melted.

  4. Step 4

    Add brown sugar and cocoa powder; mix well. Cook 1 min., stirring constantly.

  5. Step 5

    Remove saucepan from heat. Add remaining ingredients; stir gently to evenly coat cereal mixture with marshmallow mixture.

  6. Step 6

    Spread cereal mixture onto prepared baking sheet.

  7. Step 7

    Bake 15 min.; cool completely.

  8. Step 8

    Break brittle into small pieces to serve.

    Storage Know-How:

    Store the brittle in a tightly covered container at room temperature up to 1 week.
