    Sachet of Amoy chow mein stir fry sauce

    Amoy straight to wok medium noodles

  • 1

    tbsp

    Vegetable oil

  • 2

    Chicken breasts (diced)

  • 5

    Large button

    Mushrooms (sliced)

  • 1

    Red pepper (sliced)

  • 1

    Small,can of bamboo shoots (drained)


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Stir fry chicken for 3-4 minutes

  2. Step 2

    Add your veg and fry until fully cooked

  3. Step 3

    Add sauce and stir for 1 minute

  4. Step 4

    Add noodles and stir fry for 1-2 minutes
