    Heat oven to 450°F.

    Place butter in 9-inch pie plate; heat in oven until melted. Tilt pie plate to evenly coat bottom and side with butter.

    Whisk eggs, milk, flour and salt until blended; pour into prepared pie plate. Place on lowest oven rack.

  4. Step 4

    Bake 18 min. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Bake pancake an additional 10 min. or until golden brown. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme with mixer until blended.

  5. Step 5

    Fill pancake with fruit; top with cream cheese mixture.
