THE BULLS-EYE BELT BOARDS CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES
The “Bulls-Eye Belt Boards Contest” (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Kraft Heinz Canada ULC, 207 Queens Quay West, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 1A7 Canada (the “Sponsor”) and is administered by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747 USA (the “Administrator”). The Sponsor is responsible for the Contest, its organization and the official rules (the “Rules”).
1. Agreement to the Rules: By participating in the Contest, each entrant (each entrant referred to as an “Entrant”, together as the “Entrants”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by the Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
2. Contest Period: The Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 3, 2026 and ends at 12:00 PM ET on June 12, 2026 (“Contest Period”).
3. Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Sponsor, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, the Administrator and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Quebec, outside Canada, and where prohibited by law. All federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations apply.
4. How to Enter: During the Contest Period, eligible entrants may enter by visiting https://www.kraftheinz.com/en-CA/bulls-eye/beltboards(opens in a new window) (“Website”) to submit the entry form providing a full name, residential address, email address and phone number to earn one (1) entry into the Contest. Each qualified submission is an entry (“Entry”). Entries must be complete to be eligible. All Entries must be submitted by 12:00 PM ET on June 12, 2026 to be eligible. For purposes of this Contest, “receipt” of an Entry occurs when Sponsor’s/Administrator’s server records the Entry information resulting from the Entrant selecting the “submit” button. If submitting an Entry via a mobile device, standard data rates may apply. Entrants should check their service carrier plan for more information regarding rates and fees. Use (or attempted use) of any automated macro, script, robotic, or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Contest is prohibited and is considered grounds for disqualification from this Contest.
5. Limit on the Number of Entries: The number of Entries is limited to one (1) Entry, per Entrant during the entire Contest Period, regardless of the method of Entry. For greater certainty and for the avoidance of doubt, you may only use one (1) email address to enter the Contest. If the Sponsor discovers (based on any evidence or information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that an individual: (i) has attempted to obtain more than one (1) Entry; and/or (ii) has attempted to use multiple names, identities, email addresses or any automated, macro, script, robotic, or other system or program and/or any other means that is not in accordance with Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules to enter or otherwise participate in this Contest, or to disrupt the conduct of the Contest; such person may be disqualified from the Contest at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.
All Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the Rules may be disqualified by the Sponsor. An Entry will be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor) the Entry is not fully completed and/or submitted during the Contest Period.
6. Random Drawing: Ten (10) Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET from among all eligible Entries received during the Contest Period at the Administrator’s offices in Melville, NY (USA). The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator who is an independent judging organization. The decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period.
7. Winner Notification: The potential Prize winners will be notified via email (to the email address provided at the time of Entry) and will be required to sign and return, via email, a Declaration of eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release Form, where legal (“Declaration”) which will include a time-limited skill testing question that must be completed correctly. If the potential Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration within two (2) days or does not meet the eligibility requirements, entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Prize winner will be selected and notified. No correspondence pertaining to this Contest will be entered into except with potential winners. Winners will receive their prize/all prize elements at Will Call of the Calgary Stampede (some elements may be provided separately).
8. Verification: All Entries may be subject to verification at any time for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identification and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor, including, but not limited to, government-issued photo identification): (i) to verify an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) to verify the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry; and/or (iii) for any other purpose that Sponsor deem necessary, in its absolute discretion, for the administration of this Contest in accordance with Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules. Any person who fails to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor, within the time period specified by the Sponsor, may be disqualified in sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. Only the official timekeeping device(s) of the Administrator will determine the time for the purposes of this Contest.
Disqualification. Entrants must comply with the following conditions, or they may be disqualified, and their Entry may be cancelled:
Entrants must use a valid email address.
Only one (1) Entry per Entrant will be permitted for the entire Contest Period.
Entrants must use the same email address at all times during the Contest Period.
Use of more than one (1) email address will result in automatic disqualification.
Multiple accounts created by the same Entrant will be disqualified.
9. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Prizes (10): Each winner will receive two (2) Sponsor specified custom belt buckles and admission for two (2) to the Calgary Stampede at GMC Stadium from July 3, 2026-July 5, 2026 (collectively, “Event”). Admission to the Calgary Stampede will include access to the Nashville North VIP Suite on July 3, 2026, two (2) Sponsor specified Evening Show tickets at the Corona Skydeck on July 4, 2026, Ride all day on July 4, 2026, Sponsor specified Food & Beverage vouchers, two (2) Rodeo tickets for July 5, 2026, and a Photo in the Dirt. The ARV of each prize is $2,758 CAD. Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes must be used on dates specified or prize will be forfeited. All details of the Event are Sponsor-specified. Transportation, airfare, and overnight accommodations are not included in any prize. Each winner and their guest(s) are solely responsible for all costs and expenses related to travel to and from the Event, including but not limited to gas, tolls, parking, and any other expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize. Each winner’s guest must be 18 years of age or older unless winner’s child/charge. Event tickets may not be resold. The offering for sale, selling, reselling, or otherwise transferring of any portion of the prize to any third party is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify winners and void prizes that appear to have been offered for sale, sold, or otherwise transferred. Event tickets may be subject to Event ticket issuer’s or venue’s standard raincheck and cancellation policies and procedures. In the event a winner and/or guest engage(s) in behavior during the Event that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to eject them from the Event and send that winner and/or guest home (at winner/guest’s own expense) with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to winner and/or guest (which may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in that winner’s disqualification from the Contest and forfeiture of any and/or all of the prize. No transfer or substitution for prize permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor for any reason, and, in such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winners will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of a prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners.
10. General Rules: Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged or misdirected Entries/winner notification documents; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer/phone equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is the natural person in whose name the email address has been issued. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and in the event of cancellation, the prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW; SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds: to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the Entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Contest; to violate the Official Rules; or, to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Entries and (a) modify the Contest or suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among all eligible Entries received in accordance with these Official Rules prior to cancellation.
11. Warranties and Representations; Release of Liability: You hereby hold Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any third-party claim arising from use of any Entry and you waive any right to inspect or approve uses of your Entry by Sponsor in connection with the Contest or to be compensated for any such uses. Participating in the Contest constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winners’ names, addresses, likenesses and Entries in connection with the administration of the Contest only and as otherwise required by law. By participating in the Contest, the entrant agrees that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or component thereof, if applicable, or participation in the Contest or participation in any Contest related activity. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with their contents and agree to be bound by them.
12. Privacy: The Sponsor respects the entrants’ right to privacy. Personal information collected from entrants (including but not limited to names, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses) will be used for the purpose of administering this Contest, conducting publicity about this Contest, and enhancing and personalizing future promotional communications to entrants. Entrant’s information will be transferred to the U.S. By entering this Contest, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for these purposes. 13. Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest could be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws.
14. TAX: All federal, provincial/territorial, local, and other taxes on a prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
