Ingredients

    Fountain satay sauce

  • 1/4

    cup

    Coconut milk, extra to garnish

  • 3

    tsp

    Fountain sweet chilli sauce

  • 1

    tsp

    Fountain soy sauce

  • 1

    Small Lebanese cucumber, cut into quarters

  • 1

    bunch

    Baby carrots, peeled, cut half

  • 2

    Celery sticks, ends trimmed, cut into matchsticks

  • 1

    Red capsicum, deseeded, cut into strips

  • 4

    Radishes, trimmed cut into quarters


Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Combine Fountain Satay Sauce, coconut milk, Fountain Sweet Chilli Sauce and Fountain Soy Sauce in a medium bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Spoon into a serving bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Top with extra coconut milk.

  4. Step 4

    Serve with cucumber, carrots, celery sticks, red capsicum and radishes.
